1. Delivery charges 

We show any delivery charges at the online checkout or on emailed quotations

For small items we use Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery. For larger orders, mainland UK deliveries are normally fulfilled by a trusted next day carrier (usually either UPS or TNT).  Delivery charges apply to UK mainland only.

If you need delivery to an address outside the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, please contact us before placing your order. For deliveries outside the UK mainland we will contact you immediately to advise of any additional charges. If you do not approve the additional delivery charges we will issue you with a full refund.

Orders can only be sent to a single address. If you would like part of your order sent to a different address, please order it separately. Orders are generally sent on a standard service and can be delivered any time between 9am and 5pm. Timed services are available for an additional charge.


2. Delivery times

We give approximate delivery times to the UK mainland in our product information.

We normally expect your order to be dispatched to you within 5 to 10 working days. If you are working to a deadline, Saturday deliveries and 'before 9:30am' or 'before 12 noon' services can be provided at an additional cost. If you wish to make use of these special delivery services, simply let us know when placing your order. We can usually also arrange express deliveries for an additional fee.

Some suppliers hold their main stock outside the UK and so these orders may occasionally take a little longer. For delivery times to addresses beyond the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, please contact us before placing your order.

We will contact you by email with a consignment number and delivery time.

Marsh & Co. cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries caused our courier networks or adverse weather conditions.


3. Made-to-measure items

We always specify delivery charges in your quote.

Please allow four to six weeks for delivery of made-to-measure items. One of our sales team will advise you of approximate delivery times when processing your order.


4. Out of stock items

From time to time items may be out of stock with our suppliers.

If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled due to our suppliers’ stock levels, we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order. If your purchase is out of stock we will advise you with an anticipated delivery date. However, should your revised delivery date be unacceptable, we will issue a full refund on the card supplied at the checkout.

For customers prepared to wait for out of stock items, payment will still be taken at the checkout and held. We cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control or for compensating you for any consequential loss that you may experience if we do not supply goods within the originally anticipated timescales. Anticipated delivery dates can change, and although we will always do our utmost to advise you promptly of any changes, this information is not always immediately communicated to us by our suppliers.


5. Signing for your goods    

Products dispatched from Marsh & Co. or directly from the suppliers are typically sent by courier. In both cases, a signature will be required on delivery of your goods.

IMPORTANT   Please check all packaging upon delivery for any damage. Damaged parcels must be signed for as “damaged”. Damage that has occurred in transit that has been signed for as “received in good condition” cannot be compensated.
